#GOAL: DRINK MORE WATER
According to the Mayo Clinic, the average, healthy adult should drink about 3.76 liters of water for men and 2.7 liters of water PER DAY. Well, there were days I’d struggle to get one bottle of water down. Sometimes it’s just hard! I wanted to do better. So, I got this nifty water bottle!
I love it and it is TOTALLY helping me! I’m a tad OCD. I love lists. I love meeting deadlines and goals. So, it makes sense that this water bottle is workin’ for me!
Benefits of drinking more water…
Your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to work properly. Lack of water can lead to dehydration — even mild dehydration can zap your energy and make you feel tired.
So, drink up!
Anyway, I posted a picture of it on my Instastory the other day and I got so many DM’s about it, I thought I’d give you the scoop here in case you wanna get one!
I ordered through Amazon.
I got the 73 oz. They offer one smaller and a gallon size. I feel like the one I got is perfect… not too gigantic, not too small.
Warning #1: get ready to pee every 15 minutes.
Warning #2: don’t put it in the dishwasher! I made that mistake and it’s a little distorted now. But, it’s still doing the trick.
